Tenniskids is the Official Program of the KNLTB (Royal Dutch Tennis Association). It uses 7 levels of awards through Red, Orange and Green and provides a framework for developing and progressing players. Evolve9 have been there from the beginning, helping guide and develop the product along with key staff from the KNLTB. An essentail part of this process is ensuring that the program fits not just the needs of children but also the overall coaching ethos of the KNLTB and Dutch coaches.
Longfellow is one of the premier clubs in Boston MA. In 2007 we helped design a unique facility called the Zip Zone. Its a unique indoor facility with 4 indoor Red courts, plus extra purpose built courts outside. The facility is one of only a handfull of facilities that boasts purpose built indoor red courts, plus facilities for parents and children off court. Supported by a dedicated staff the Zip Zone represents a unique experience that provides high quality facilities in a real aspirational setting.
The Midtown Junior Development Program is one of the most extensive programs developed by evolve9. This was one of the first projects that evolve9 was involved in and stilll represents one of the most successful. The project started in 2006 even before the USTA Quickstart Program was launched, and has continued to go from strength to strength.
Tennis Australia Hot Shots is an established nationwide program based upon the Red, Orange and Green System. Evolve9s role is to help drive the program forward by supporting 20 ambassador coaches. These coaches are considered the best in the Under 10s area and and all work in established businesses. E9s first role was to run a 3 day workshop in Melbourne in September 2009, this was followed up with monthly e-newsletters which help coaches to focus on establishing key elements of good practice.
As a key part of the ITF Play and Stay Campaign e9 was commissioned to develop an implementation manual and DVD to enable coaches to deliver a competitive program for under 10s.
The PTR Kids Tennis Programme was developed in 2007 to support the USTA Quickstart programme. The PTR had always provided excellent resources for supporting programs for children but was looking for an undated product to replace the well established Munchkins Program. The key considerations included providing a product that complimented Quickstart rather than being an alternative.
E9 works closely with the Norwegian Tennis Association. The project is to work with the key partners to implement a complete under 10 development program for Norway.
